After two corporate renamings – first as debis Assekuranz Makler GmbH and then as Daimler-Chrysler Services Assekuranz-Makler GmbH – and some acquisitions, the brokerage firm, which had in the meantime grown considerably in size and staff, became independent of its parent group by management buy-out.
deas Deutsche Assekuranzmakler GmbH, which is now a fully owned subsidiary of the Ecclesia Group, was born.
